
The project aims to strengthen the value of community theatre as an inclusive and transformative tool, fostering broader, more conscious, and sustainable social participation and civic engagement across Europe and beyond.
*Objectives*
1) Validate and promote good practices in Community Theatre:
1.1 Recognize and enhance local methodologies, especially in rural areas and small communities, as effective tools to stimulate civic engagement.
1.2 Through international exchange, systematize participatory practices, making them replicable and adaptable across European and global contexts.
2) Provide training and exchange opportunities for operators and learners:
2.1 Encourage dialogue on the challenges and opportunities of community-building, addressing evolving issues in social participation.
2.2 Foster mutual learning of good practices, promoting co-creation of innovative solutions adaptable to local contexts. 2.3 Actively engage young adults, enhancing their sense of belonging and participation in community life.

*Outcomes and results*
1) Digital final autodrama: a collaborative digital narrative product inspired by community theatre methodologies, developed through participatory construction among project partners.
2) Digital toolkit: an online platform featuring educational materials, video tutorials, and practical guides for trainers and practitioners, facilitating the widespread dissemination and application of best practices.
3) Travel diary: a dedicated Facebook page documenting project activities in real-time, serving as both a record of the journey and a virtual public space for the project community.
4) Public dissemination events: local events in partner territories to present project results, share experiences, and engage communities in participatory theatre practices.
5) Skill development and capacity building. For operators: development of new community theatre methodologies and enhanced ability to work in intercultural contexts and adapt practices to diverse situations. For local participants: improvement of soft skills, including self-esteem, expressive abilities, and cultural awareness in social cohesion and community development.
6) Affirming community participation as a core value and theatre as a facilitating tool for building inclusive communities through collaboration among individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
7) Three mobility activities: opportunities for cross-cultural learning and exchange among partners, reinforcing the project’s objectives through immersive experiences.
